How To Become Your Own Style Icon

I’ve always believed in the advantage of a strong personal style. It’s about being yourself and approaching each day with confidence.

But I’m the first to admit it’s a struggle sometimes to create that one outfit that you ‘feel’ right now. And delving into your wardrobe is only fun if you understand your own personal style so you can mix & match to build up to a great end result.

To boost your inspiration I created a short movie with some useful tips to delevop a strong personal style. Or how to become your own style icon and express yourself also through your clothing.
Let me know in the comments what you think of my latest video!

PS: next to believing in a strong personal style, I also think you should challenge yourself from time to time. So this is the video I made for the ‘Creative Content Icon‘ awards by Zalando. I’ve always wanted to create such a movie and this competition, celebrating creativity, was the ideal reason/excuse/push for me.
So fingers crossed! And if I don’t win, at least I’ve had the most intense Final Cut Pro X (self) training! Spent more than 12hours editing this clip 🙂 )
Award show is the 25th of November in Antwerp.
